Andrea brings over 20 years of experience working on the client and vendor side of the research industry. She is a trailblazer in digital data collection working for one of the first market research Internet companies. She is both creative and analytical, bringing the perfect balance to the social science of marketing research. And perhaps most important, Ms. Bloukos is easy to work with and is a clear communicator who follows through on her commitments and deadlines.
She has served a large base of clients including AVON, AOL, JCPenney, Hallmark, M&M Mars, NECCO, Kellogg’s, MoneyGram, Nutrisystem, USO, and SiriusXM; to name a few.
Andrea loves to dance. Since college, she has danced ballet, jazz, modern and hip-hop. She carries this expression through every aspect of her life and it shows in her passion for the work she provides her clients.
Mike's passion is innovation. Not innovation just for the sake of innovation, but change that allows companies capture better feedback from their customers and leverage those insights to grow their businesses. Over the past few years, Mike has focused his efforts on custom audiences via panels and communities, online qualitative, mobile research, integrated data and the automation of market research.
Mike has worked closely with some of the largest brands in the world along with some of the most innovative suppliers in the industry.
Mike is also an avid lover of the outdoors. Whenever possible he is biking, trail-running, skiing and or doing Crossfit to burn off his love of baked goods and donuts.
Melanie is a market research professional with 12 years of experience focusing on client & vendor relationships, local and remote team management, project management, operational consulting, and project pricing. She utilizes detail-oriented organizational skills for planning, efficiency and high-quality output. Based in Austin Texas, Melanie spent 8 years at Kantar/Millward Brown.
Kathleen is the President and founder of Data Specialist, Inc. (DSI). She brings over 25 years of creative problem solving, utilizing today’s best qualitative and quantitative approaches. An expert in uncovering insights and using visualization to bring data to life. An engaging and enthusiastic presenter able to reach a variety of audiences. Ms. Nussbaum is a dedicated client service professional committed to building strong partnerships and inspiring a high standard of excellence.
She has served a large base of clients including JCPenney, Nestle’, AOL, Kraft, Sally Beauty Supply, RJRT, Neiman Marcus, Lowe’s, McKinsey & Co., Reliant Energy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and PwC to name a few.
Matt is the Executive Vice-President of Data Specialist, Inc. (DSI). He has a 15-year track record of building superior operational teams to elevate functional excellence at DSI. His collaborative approach and ability to identify emerging technologies allows DSI to harness the power of data and provide innovative solutions to our clients. Fluent in several programming languages and database applications, Matt also has diverse client, industry, and research methodological expertise.
Matt and his team provide back office support for many marketing research firms, panel operators, and consultancies including ResearchNow, uSamp (now SSI), M/A/R/C Research, CX Solutions (formerly TARP Worldwide), Data Decisions Group (formerly FGI), Interloq, MMR Research, Savitz Research and Targetbase to name a few.

Dennis is sharp, charismatic and a strong, proven leader.
Mr. Gonier is one of America’s top business thinkers and doers. At the start of the Internet revolution, Mr. Gonier was on the inside of America Online serving in latter years as EVP. He helped lead the dramatic turnaround of AOL thru 2005, including putting the first 1MM household on broadband, changing business practices and delivering over $1BB in incremental profit in 3 years. He changed AOL while the world around AOL changed.
